In 1983 Harold Doan and Associates Ltd. was founded and incorporated as a privately held company in the province of Ontario, Canada.

Harold Doan has more than forty years experience in management and consulting with positions of staff, Board Member and Consultant, and is dedicated to helping organizations in the not for profit, private and public sector reach their full potential.

Under his leadership, the company has continuously expanded its operations to support clients domestically and internationally with preparation of feasibility studies, technical assistance in technology transfers, project planning and management, locating funding and finance, and export marketing.
